This special meeting was called to ask questions of the City of Austin staff regarding the recent purchase of a local hotel to serve as a resource in Austin’s homelessness strategy.
Guest speakers were: – Diana Grey, Homeless Strategy Officer, City of Austin- Charles Loosen, Community Engagement, Homeless Strategy Division, Austin Public Health- Heidi Kahle, Policy Advisor, Office of Council Member Leslie Pool – District 7.
