This is notice to all Members of the Scofield Residential Owners Association (the “Association”) to provide notice of the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association, as follows:

   1. Board Member Resignation and Appointments
   2. Approve 2024 Budget Expense Increases: Social Committee $8k to $10k, Pool Committee $800 to $2000.

All owners will be muted upon entry to the meeting. Owners wishing to address the board will be able to do so during this time and will have 3 minutes once called on by the board.

1. Open Executive Session  

All owners will be moved to the waiting room during executive session. Owners wishing to remain on the call may do so and the board will reconvene and adjourn the meeting.

1. Close Executive Session and Provide Action Taken from Executive Session
