– All owners will be muted upon entry to the meeting. Owners wishing to address the board will have 3 minutes time allotment and will be called upon by the board.

– All owners will be moved to the waiting room during executive session. Owners wishing to remain on the call may do so if they wish and the board will reconvene and adjourn the meeting.
