Annual Meeting of Residential Owners Association

Wednesday, May 9th – 6:30PM check-in; 7:00PM start time

Frank Fickett Boy Scout Center – 12500 North I-35

The Scofield Farms Residential Owners Association will hold their Annual Meeting Wednesday, May 9th @ 6:30pm at the Frank Fickett Boy Scout Center.   Important agenda items include: (a) Report of Officers, (b) Election of one (1) homeowner to the Board of Directors, and (c) any other new business.  It is recommended that all residents attend in order to hear what is happening in the neighborhood and with our ROA.  If you are unable to attend, make sure to turn in your signed proxy form (very important if you can’t be there) to CMA. If you have neighbors who are not able to attend, you can also collect their proxies and bring them to the meeting.

Why are proxies important? They can ensure that we have a quorum.
We will need a quorum to hold the meeting.
If we’re unable to get a quorum, the meeting will need to be rescheduled, at large expense to the association.

This year we will be voting to fill one (1) open board position.  If you are interested in running for this position, please complete the Scofield Farms Nomination Form and email to frontdesk@cmaaustin.com.

Please join us, or turn in that proxy!

Scofield Farms Garage Sale

Start cleaning out your drawers, closets, nooks and crannies – it’s time to prepare for the Scofield Farms Neighborhood Garage Sale!  As usual, we will be partnering with our sister neighborhood Scofield Ridge, which brings lots of customers to our sales.   Garage sales are much more fun with friends, so invite your neighbor to join you!

If interested, please email Jodi Cadle (jccadle@hotmail.com) with “GARAGE SALE” in the subject line.  Please include your name and address to be added to the map and advertising.  Happy purging!

Easter Egg Hunt – 2018

It is time for our Annual Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt! The Hunt will begin at 10:30am, but feel free to come a little early to grab a donut, orange juice or coffee beforehand. After the Hunt, there will be a bounce house, face painting and Tiny Tails Petting Zoo for everyone to enjoy! In order to make this all happen, we do need a little help from all of you. For EACH child participating in the Egg Hunt, we will need 12 candy or toy filled eggs. Tracy Johnson will be collecting the eggs the week before the event (March 26-30). Please bring them to her address at 1407 Dapplegrey Lane.

Thank you and we hope to see you all there!!
