While driving north of Scofield Farms, you may have noticed a sign for a new development at the northeast corner of Metric Boulevard and Howard Lane. According to the signage, this is the future site of the Scofield Farms Meadows gated community to be built by Idea Homes. This community will include 49 homes ranging in size from 1828 to 2400 square feet and priced at $240,000 and up.
